Spacious 10 bedrooms villas connected by sliding doors between the 5 gardens. Enjoy 4 swimming pools and one jacuzzi all with pergolas, sun loungers and children’s area, 10 air-conditioned bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 4 fully equipped kitchens and many living areas extended by covered, landscaped terraces. Perfect for big groups.

Wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily housekeeping are included.

If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry—drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.

A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.

Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from laundry services, in-villa chefs, and babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons – we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more – all upon request and subject to availability.
