We offer a wide range of villas with different capacities for 2 people and up to 18 people.

The prices of villas and properties for sale are clearly indicated on the Site. Prices are expressed in US price excluding tax of the 5% management fee. For the rentals of villas the prices indicated include all the charges inherent to the rented property except specific mention possibly indicated on the descriptive sheet of the villa.
How do I know if my reservation has been taken into account ?
When you book a villa rental on Unikbalivilla, the payment is made and if it is validated the reservation is immediately registered. The chosen period is automatically blocked on our website and you will receive a confirmation email.
I have made a reservation but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

How can I cancel my reservation ?
