New 2 bedroom villa opened in August 2022 near the beach

Welcome to the villa Emily 2, very well located at only 5 mn walk from the beach of Bingin and close to cafes and restaurants like the cashew tree.
The villa is composed of two garden buildings surrounding the pool.

The decoration of the villa Emily is neat, it’s a nice mix of wooden furniture, traditional, with warm colors and with large colorful paintings. You will appreciate the space and clarity of the main building which houses a dining room, an open kitchen and a large comfortable living room.

To prepare and share your meals you can choose between the large wooden table and the central island with its high stools. The open kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are offered.

To relax, the large sofa and comfortable armchairs invite you to contemplate the garden and the large statue of Ganesh. The large covered terrace runs the length of the main building and a second lounge area allows you to enjoy the gentle atmosphere that characterizes this island paradise all day and evening. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you can lie back on one of the sun loungers in the shade of the umbrella. Pool and bathroom towels are provided.

The first double room is located at the end of the building with access to the small living room and the terrace through a large bay window.  The second room is located in an independent pavilion a few meters from the main building with a view of the pool and a small covered terrace.Both rooms are air-conditioned, with double beds with canopies and mosquito nets. They are well insulated with double curtains and blackouts and each has a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.They are equipped with a closet, bedside lamps and a desk in exotic wood.

Villa Emily 2 can be rented alone or together with villa Emily-3bdrs, the gardens are connected by a large sliding door. By renting the two villas you will enjoy a large 5 bedroom villa that once connected offers an ideal vacation setting for large families or groups of friends looking for space, conviviality but also independence.

You will stay in complete peace, the garden is enclosed with a private secure entrance. You have a secure key box and free parking as well as a wifi connection throughout the villa.

The villa and the pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.

Arrival and Departure Conditions

• For arrivals before 2:00 PM, you may leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the surroundings while we prepare your villa.
• If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance so we can personally welcome you.
• Please note that check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you depart later without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for the next guests.
