From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a fully enclosed garden with a private entrance. The swimming pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, blends beautifully into the natural setting. A wooden sun deck with comfortable loungers invites you to relax at any time of day. You’ll also find an outdoor shower in the garden—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or by the pool. With its elegant furnishings and harmonious design, the villa strikes the perfect balance between contemporary style and warm tropical charm.

The spacious ground-floor living room is bathed in natural light thanks to large sliding glass doors that open directly onto the pool. The lounge area features two generous sofas, stylish armchairs, a thick rug, and a large flat-screen TV. Lighting has been thoughtfully designed to create a soft, welcoming ambiance both day and night.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Stylish Dining Area

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kitchenware, utensils, and a water dispenser with two complimentary gallons provided. A central island with bar stools separates the kitchen from the dining space, where a large wooden table and modern chairs await your meals with family or friends.

Four Double Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms

Villa Kaya offers four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe or dresser, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. The two upstairs bedrooms provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for rest. All rooms are fitted with blackout curtains and sheer drapes to ensure restful nights.

Please Note

Access Restrictions : The shortcut road connecting Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. This is clearly indicated at the security gate, as the road passes through a residential area and is not a main public route. However, you can access Uluwatu at any time via the main road.

Online transportation services (Grab/Gojek) are not available in this area in order to support local drivers. Our team will be happy to assist in arranging a private driver for your transportation needs.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• • For arrivals before 2:00 PM, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception while we prepare the villa.
  • For arrivals after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can welcome you accordingly.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval may be charged as an additional night to ensure the villa is ready for the next guests.
