Just 100 meters from Kubu Beach and a short walk from the famous Balangan Beach, this villa offers an idyllic setting with a private tropical garden and a private pool.

Villa Moma 2 is in close proximity to the beach and local restaurants, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere for your stay.

Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the villa’s Mediterranean style. Its modern design, white walls, and high ceilings create a bright and airy ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

On the Ground Floor,

You’ll find a spacious living room and dining area that open directly to the garden and pool, thanks to large sliding glass doors. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishes, and utensils, allows you to prepare your meals with ease. A water dispenser with two free bottles is also available for your convenience.

The villa extends onto a shaded terrace, ideal for relaxing, leading directly to the pool and lush garden. You can also enjoy an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after a day under the sun.

The bathroom, partially open to the garden, allows you to fully enjoy the tropical setting while maintaining your privacy. It includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided for your comfort.

Upstairs,

The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom is accessible by a staircase. It is equipped with a large double bed, a desk, a dressing area with a safe, and large windows that offer a pleasant view of the garden while allowing natural light to fill the room. Blackout curtains ensure your privacy, and the minimalist interior and white walls enhance the feeling of calm and serenity.

Arrival and Departure Conditions

• For arrivals before 2:00 PM, you may leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the surroundings while we prepare your villa.
• If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance so we can personally welcome you.
• Please note that check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you depart later without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for the next guests.
