The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are air-conditioned as well as living area. Wi-Fi connection, Cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included.
The space
The private entrance of your villa is quickly accessible to discover a beautiful tropical garden, a true haven of peace that invites you to relax with your family.

The living space include the kitchen, dining area and lounge area where you can relax in the large corner sofa can be fully closed for the safety of your little ones or totally open and facing the pool and garden.
Air conditioning on living area and pool fence all around the pool are the most to have to enjoy a peaceful family trip and good new Villa Pepita have both.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, coffee machine, blender, crockery and utensils. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are available.

This very bright living space is surrounded by two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. These two rooms are equipped with large double bed for one and the other 100% kids friendly with kids bed, playground, table and chairs, books and toys.

The third bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a view of the swimming pool and garden. Really cosy to make you fell at home.

All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with storage, tables and bedside lamps. All the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink, toilets and one with bathtub as well. Towels and swimming pool are provided and included in the price of your rental.

The location of the villa allows you to enjoy the very relaxed atmosphere of Seminyak and enjoy at the same time restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

You will stay in peace and quiet in the garden, which is enclosed with a private entrance, the bedrooms and bathrooms are locked.
The villa has free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi connection and cleaning service is included.
Guest access
The villa and the swimming pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.
Other things to note
For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy while waiting for your villa to be ready.
For late arrivals after 5 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.
We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
