Welcome to Villa Tirta Kangin opened in July 2023 in the center of Bingin walkable distance to the beaches and restaurants.

Lovely villa for 2 people in a classic, modern Balinese style. Very spacious and bright. Tropical garden, swimming pool, outdoor shower, large bedroom, king size bed with mosquito net, study, dressing room. Bathroom with double basins, shower, bathtub, fully-equipped kitchenette, covered terrace.

Wifi, bed linen, towels, daily cleaning, maintenance and parking included.
The space
You’ll love the indoor and outdoor space of this villa nestled in the heart of Bingin in a quiet location close to beaches, restaurants and stores.

Behind the lovely carved wooden gate, you enter Villa Tirta Kangin private garden, with a lovely curved swimming pool in the center, embellished by a statuette-fountain. Everything has been designed with your comfort and well-being in mind. The sound of the water plunges you into a gentle atmosphere conducive to relaxation. To refresh you on your way back from the beach or during the day, an outdoor shower has been installed in the garden.

To relax in the shade, a large covered terrace extends from the villa, offering a lovely view of the pool and garden. It features a sitting area and a table surrounded by chairs.
Villa Tirta Kangin is air-conditioned and bathed in natural light thanks to 2 large bay windows. One is fixed and the other sliding, giving direct access to the terrace. The curtains are 100% blackout to keep you isolated and comfortable. In the center is a large double four-poster bed with mosquito netting, surrounded by bedside tables and lamps, and a desk. To store all your belongings, there’s a very large dressing room with safe.

The adjoining bathroom is very pleasant, with its vegetation and tropical atmosphere. It’s beautifully appointed, with double sinks, a large walk-in shower, a lovely bathtub and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

A kitchenette with sink, fridge, large chopping board, coffee machine, crockery and utensils is available for your meals.
On arrival, basic necessities, coffee and tea are provided.
A drinking water dispenser is also available, with two free refills.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the enclosed garden with private entrance, and the bedroom and bathroom are lockable. A secure key box is available for outside entry, so you don’t have to worry about keys. The Suite offers free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Daily maid service is included.

For holidays with friends and family in Bali? you can rent the villa Tirta Kauh and the same Villa Tirta Kangin and located right next door. These 2 villas are connected by a door between the two gardens.
Guest access
The villa, the garden and the pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.
Other things to note
For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy while waiting for your villa to be ready.
For late arrivals after 5 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.
We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
