Behind the majestic carved wooden door from an old sultanate of Java, you will discover an exceptional villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over several traditional houses found around Ubud and Java and then restored and up-graded.
They are located around one of the largest swimming pools in Bingin.
Inside, the layout gives pride of place to natural materials, antique teak, glass, volcanic lava, black granite, wicker and braided straw. A decoration combining bohemian chic with contemporary style, traditional furniture sourced locally and in Java, Swedish design, ceilings and columns in carved teak wood.

As soon as you arrive in the villa, you will be touched by the harmony that reigns in this place. In the centre of a beautiful, delicately scented wooded area dotted with frangipani flowers, a huge 20-metre by 4-metre turquoise swimming pool with a shallow extension will delight children and adults alike.
The pool is bordered by a deck terrace and four traditional style houses are spread out on either side.

The main Joglo of 170 m2 bordered by the swimming pool opens onto a large space topped by a high roof structure.
In the centre, supported by 4 wooden columns, an old ceiling with magnificently hand-carved pedestals.
The dining areas are divided into different areas of the room to allow you to choose between the large rectangular host table, the round white marble table in the centre of the sculpted columns or the black granite island surrounded by high tech stools.
At the end of the day, enjoy the comfortable designer sofa or one of the traditional balés to relax in the shade facing the turquoise pool.

At the back of the room is a large kitchen in teak and black granite, equipped with top-of-the-range equipment and arranged to allow optimum storage.
Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are available

Throughout the villa Cashew, particular attention has been paid to lighting, both in terms of the number and choice of lamps or hangers and the possibility of varying the lighting intensities to allow you to create different atmospheres.

The room in the living space has a magnificent view of the swimming pool and garden. A huge bay window makes it bright and thanks to the blackout curtains you can, if you wish, isolate yourself. This room with its refined and warm decoration, parquet flooring and teak storage, double bed, bedside tables and lamps will suit your bedroom or TV room because of the large screen on the bottom cabinet facing the bed. The bathroom in mosaic and marble tiles is independent, accessed by a small patio that houses an authentic temple of fertility, it is equipped with a shower, a pretty free-standing sink, a mirror and toilets. Towels for toilets and swimming pool are provided for all rooms.

Then you can retreat to the three houses scattered in the other corners of the garden.
Each of these traditional houses has its own style, they are made of antique teak like floors, large bay windows make you live in an outdoor interior, just like the comfortable bathrooms, partially open and vegetalized, each of these houses has its own terrace.

SANTOS, This is a limassan transformed into a bright loft of 70 m2, on one side, in the style of artist’s studios, teak has been partially replaced by a glass facade full of vegetation, a soft waxed cement leads you to a black bathroom in volcanic lava, a double basin and a double shower to perfect this freedom of volume.
For your comfort a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling spots, lights, anchored to the high frame: two fans, air conditioning…
It is a bright room, very open to the outside with a nice staging
of the vegetation through the windows.

LOLITA, opposite, behind a double palm tree, is a small authentic 110 m2 teak house, painted in Java green, with a large terrace that invites you to relax. Under straw lights two large sofas, a wicker armchair and a hammock to enjoy the shade of the view over the garden.
A warm and secluded place with two communicating bedrooms, large dressing rooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, making it an ideal place for a family with children.
A soft atmosphere thanks to the high white wooden structure, natural teak walls and parquet, Balinese style objects and furniture and numerous lighting fixtures.
The two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds that can be brought together to form one. Both bathrooms are partly open-air.

AIR JOGLO, the 4th 360 degree glass structure, is a typical house on the island of Java, it owes its name to the fact that it is located above the surrounding walls…
The first floor is dedicated to a 75 m2 master room, the furniture being integrated into the structure. In the centre, the king size bed is bordered by 4 imposing pillars supporting a sculpted dome which, itself, dramatically scales this volume. At the front, a vast terrace overlooking a body of water with wooded hills in the distance. At the back, the bathroom with double basin, shower, toilet and view on the fields lined with kapok… . This makes this high space a privileged place as if lost in nature, with only a few Balinese cows in the eyes of deer.
Below, 75 m2 of antique teak parquet flooring, solid teak pillars offer an atypical volume conducive to the practice of yoga in the axis of the pool at the edge of the deck. To refresh yourself, you also have an outside shower, sink and toilet at this level.
A warm atmosphere emerges from it thanks to the multitude of lighting fixtures, the light tones of the furniture and teak

Villa Cashew is very well located halfway between Bingin and Dreamland beach. For surfers just outside the entrance, there is access to an outdoor shower and a large rack sheltered from the sun to store all the boards.
Near the swimming pool, a large balé to relax in the shade, and nearby an outdoor lava stone shower, to lie on the deck, sun loungers shaded by sweet-smelling frangipani trees.
You will stay there in peace, the garden is enclosed with a secure entrance, the parking is private, the fiber offers a high speed wifi connection throughout the villa.
All rooms are equipped with chests, air conditioning, fans, sails and blackout curtains.
