Welcome to Villa Matanai 5, opened in July 2021, 5 minutes walk from Bingin Beach. A comfortable villa with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with enclosed tropical garden, gazebo and private swimming pool with traditional and design decoration.
To enjoy the outside a large covered terrace with lounge, sunbeds and a beautiful gazebo.
Wifi, bed linen, towels, daily cleaning, maintenance, pool-garden and parking are included.

Matanai is a beautiful complex of 4 suites and 3 villas opened in July 2021 in the center of Bingin Beach ideally located only 5 minutes walk from the beach, cafes and restaurants. An ideal place to spend a moment of absolute relaxation and taste the charm of Balinese life.
Behind the magnificent entrance, paved and tree-lined paths lead to the private gardens of each of the Suites & Villas, all of which are well isolated by walls and dense vegetation. At the entrance of the complex the reception is open every day except Sunday.

You can quickly access the private entrance of your Villa Matanai 5 to enjoy the space and calm of the place. The Villa is located in the heart of a lush tropical garden where everything has been put at your disposal for a pleasant vacation, large sunbeds on the wooden deck of the pool and for a moment of relaxation in the shade a gazebo and outdoor lounges on the covered terrace.

You will be charmed by the warmth of the decoration and the nice mix of contemporary furniture and traditional elements, an environment conducive to a change of scenery. The ceilings of the two rooms, the doors, the pillars and the gazebo in the garden are all made of carved wood.

Along the length of the villa, a large covered outdoor terrace overlooks the pool and garden. It is furnished with large sofas and benches for real relaxation and equipped with large bamboo blinds to close it partially or completely.

In the center of the villa, the dining area is extended by a fully equipped kitchen. On either side, two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large worktop with a three-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender and everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.

Both rooms are air-conditioned with a ceiling fan. Each room has a different style of decoration with the same level of services: large sliding windows with direct access to the terrace, with curtains to protect your privacy. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed.
In addition to the bedside tables and lamps, there is a desk, an armchair, a nice light fixture and decorative objects and many cushions.
Each room has a beautiful open-air bathroom with shower, stone basin and toilet and a large dressing room with closet, shelves for all your belongings, a large mirror and a safe.

Villa Matanai 5 can be rented together with Mantanai 4: they are located next to each other and when connected they can accommodate up to 6 people. A sliding connecting door between the two gardens allows you to move freely from one to the other and you can leave it open or closed as you wish. This 3-bedroom suite & villa offers the ideal setting for a convivial vacation with family or friends looking for space and independence.

Villa Matanai 5 is located in a fully enclosed complex for your comfort and safety. At the reception located at the entrance of the complex, the management team is at your disposal every day except Sunday to answer your requests and a guard is present every night. Your garden is enclosed with a private entrance, the Villa and the bathrooms are locked.
A daily cleaning service is included as well as bed sheets and towels for the bathroom and the pool.
You have a free parking space and a good quality Wi-Fi internet connection.

The Villa, the garden and the pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.
For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy while waiting for your villa to be ready.
For late arrivals after 5 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.
We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
