Welcome to Villa Jaya , a beautiful contemporary 3-bedroom villa that opens up to a private pool and tropical garden, located in the heart of Bingin, Bali. Opened in May 2022, this spacious villa is the perfect choice for a family or friends vacation in the southern part of Bali.

Just 7 minutes on foot from the famous Bingin Beach, the villa offers a peaceful atmosphere, modern design, and easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Spacious and Comfortable Living Areas

Villa Jaya is bright and comfortable, all on the ground floor with the pool as the centerpiece. Several living areas are available, including a large modern sofa, designer armchairs, and traditional furniture, perfect for relaxing in the shade.

The villa includes a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a delightful terrace for outdoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Upon arrival, basic essentials such as coffee and tea are provided, and a water dispenser with two free refills is available.

Garden Views and Open-Air Bathrooms

• Bedroom 1 & 2: These two spacious bedrooms are equipped with double beds, patio doors leading directly to the garden, and air conditioning. Each room includes a wardrobe, nightstands, lamps, and blackout curtains for added privacy.

• Bedroom 3: A separate room with twin beds, offering a view of the pool, and also featuring blackout curtains.

The open-air bathrooms let you fully embrace the tropical Bali climate. Each bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, with complimentary bath and pool towels provided.

Security and Peaceful Stay in Bingin

Villa Jaya features a fully enclosed private garden with an independent entrance, ensuring peace and security. The rooms and bathrooms are lockable, and a secure safe is provided for your valuables. Additionally, a secure keybox makes accessing the property easier without the need for physical keys.
