Welcome to the magnificent Sukkho, this spacious villa for 8 people is a nice mix of Spanish and Mediterranean style, white walls, large arched bay windows, central patio, large staircase, nice parquet flooring in the bedrooms. It is an idyllic place to disconnect and relax in the heart of Bingin.

To relax after the swimming pool, you will have the choice of lying down on the sun loungers in the shade of the parasols or in the shade of the large gazebo with a view of the swimming pool. After the beach or sport, you can refresh yourself outside thanks to the shower installed in the garden.

In the center of the Villa a large covered patio-lounge with long and wide built-in sofas and fans for real moments of relaxation during the day or evening.

A few steps from the swimming pool, with direct access to the terrace, a large living space with several sofas, a very large television, a billiard table, fans, a wooden table with chairs to share your meals and a very spacious double kitchen area. well created. To concoct your meals in a friendly way you have equipped behind a bar with high stools an open kitchen with hotplates and an oven.
Right next to it, a more closed kitchen allows you to be out of the way. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, water dispenser, four microwaves, plates and all the necessary utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided.
A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two water refills are offered.

The rooms are air-conditioned, they are distributed between the first floor and the ground floor. You take the beautiful central staircase located in the patio to reach a large landing which leads to 2 very large double bedrooms.
Thanks to the huge bay windows, you benefit from an unobstructed view and perfect light. To insulate you and sleep well, the curtains are 100% blackout.

The dark wooden floor of the rooms contrasts with the soft colors used for the decoration of the villa. These two bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed with mosquito net, a large dressing room, a relaxation lounge with sofa and television and a large bathroom with toilets, large sinks, walk-in shower and a shower. large bathtub in one of the two bathrooms.
Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor are also very large and bright thanks to the sliding bay windows fitted with 100% blackout curtains. They enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the garden.
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed with mosquito net and the other has two single beds with mosquito net.
In each of the rooms you have an office space, a dressing room, a private bathroom with shower, sinks and toilets and a bathtub in one of the bathrooms.

Other things to note
For those who arrive before 2pm, no worries, you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy the sea while waiting for your villa to be ready. For late arrivals after 5pm, please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.

We kindly remind you that the departure time is scheduled for late morning at the latest at 11am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an additional night.
