The Kingdom complex features 9 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 3 swimming pools, including a large lagoon-style pool measuring 20×4 meters—perfect for families with children, thanks to a specially designed shallow area. The lush garden and outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing in complete privacy, far from prying eyes. The estate also includes 6 restored traditional teak houses, all surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The Kingdom Villas complex is a peaceful haven, consisting of Villa Cashew, Villa Anouk, and Villa Jungle. Each villa is private and features a private entrance and interconnecting doors between the gardens, ensuring comfort and offering a vacation experience in total privacy, while still being close to other residents.

The three villas are private and exclusively reserved for your use. Nearby, you’ll find a wide range of gourmet restaurants, lounge bars, spas, fitness centers, and boutiques, as well as surf shops for water sports enthusiasts. Bingin Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and we provide a surfboard rack and an outdoor shower for surfers.

Arrival and Departure Conditions

For arrivals before 2 pm, you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy the villa’s facilities or the surroundings while we prepare your villa. If you arrive after 5 pm, please let us know in advance so we can give you a personalized welcome.

Please note that the departure time is set at 11 am. If you leave later without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for the next guests.
