Welcome to Villa Calea, a newly built villa opened in August 2026, ideally located on the heights of Bingin. The beaches, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away by scooter.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, this contemporary villa combines modern comfort, elegant design and beautiful views over the ocean and Bali’s spectacular sunsets. It features a private swimming pool, 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, comfortable living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sun loungers, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily housekeeping are included during your stay.

Villa Calea is spread over two levels and offers 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Covered parking is available, and access to the villa is via a staircase.

Private Outdoor Area with Pool and Ocean Views

Set in an elevated position, the villa enjoys a completely private outdoor area with a swimming pool and unobstructed ocean views. A covered wooden terrace extends the living areas and features sun loungers, providing the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunshine or admire the scenery.

An outdoor shower is also available, making it easy to cool off after a swim or simply enjoy the outdoor space.

The villa has been carefully decorated in a contemporary and sophisticated style. The exterior stone walls blend beautifully with the bright white interiors, while elegant lighting and carefully selected decorative pieces add warmth and character throughout the property.

Bright and Open Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light thanks to large sliding glass doors. These doors create a seamless connection with the outdoor areas while allowing guests to fully enjoy the views.

Slightly sunken from the main living area, the lounge features a large white sofa, creating a comfortable place to relax while overlooking the swimming pool and Indian Ocean. A large ceiling fan helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere, and a television is also available.

A large dining table with comfortable chairs provides an inviting space for enjoying meals together.

Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave and cooking hob. It also includes all the crockery, cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals at the villa.

A water dispenser is available in the villa, and two water bottles are provided free of charge upon arrival.

The central kitchen island, with its high stools, creates a friendly space for enjoying a drink, having a casual meal or chatting while preparing dinner.

A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Three Double Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms

An elegant and fully secured spiral staircase leads upstairs to the three double bedrooms.

Each bedroom has its own dressing area and safe, allowing guests to store their personal belongings securely during their stay.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each room also has its own television, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Bingin. Towels are provided as part of your stay.

Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the bedrooms. The largest bedroom offers an additional highlight with a large glass door opening onto a balcony with magnificent views.

Blackout curtains are provided in all bedrooms to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.

The largest bedroom also features a desk and a bathtub in addition to its shower.

Important Information Before Your Stay

Construction work is currently taking place near the villa, generally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. This work may occasionally cause some noise. We are doing our best to minimise any inconvenience and ensure that its impact on your stay is kept to a minimum.

Arrival & Departure Information:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the reception while we prepare the villa.
For arrivals after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a personalized welcome.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval may be subject to an additional night charge to allow us time to prepare the villa for incoming guests.
