Welcome to Villa Mertanadi, located in the best area of Kerobokan between Seminyak and Canggu – Mertanadi street.

This comfortable villa is carefully decorated with a mix of traditional and modern furniture with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 semi-open bathrooms.
The covered terrace and living area has direct access to the garden and private pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped, Wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily maid service are included.
The space
Villa Mertanadi is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the most popular restaurants and bars in Kerobokan. Located between Canggu and Seminyak it is the perfect area for a vacation with family or friends.

The living space is open to the outside to enjoy the garden and pool and relax in the shade. The kitchen is fully equipped and each bedroom has its own open-air bathroom.

In the dining area a table surrounded by chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishes and utensils.
A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are offered.

Direct access to the common area and also to the terrace open to the garden the two bedrooms are located on each side.
The rooms are very spacious and very bright thanks to a sliding glass window. Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a closet.

The bathrooms are also equipped with two sinks, a shower and a toilet. Towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

You will stay in peace and quiet, the garden is enclosed with a private entrance, the rooms and bathrooms are locked, a safe is at your disposal in each room.

In order not to burden you with keys you have a secure key box. The villa has free parking on site and free Wi-Fi. A daily cleaning service is included.
Guest access
The villa and the swimming pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.
Other things to note
For late arrivals after 5 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.

We kindly remind you that the departure time is scheduled for the late morning at the latest at 11 am.

Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an additional night.
We thank you for respecting this rule in order to allow us the necessary time to prepare the villa for the new guests. You were happy to have a clean villa, they will be too…

Services on request are available such as laundry, cook, babysitter, massages at the villa, private driver, scooter and car rental and surf lessons.

Equipment is also available on request and subject to availability for your children: cot and high chair, pool gates and hairdryer.

Please note that these services and some equipment are not included in the rental price of the villa and will be payable in addition and must be booked no later than 24 hours in advance.
