Welcome to the Titra connected villas, opening in July 2023 in the center of Bingin, walkable to beaches and restaurants.

For 4 people, 2 identical villas connected by a door between the gardens. Spacious and bright, a blend of Balinese and modern inspiration. Private pools, covered terraces, fully equipped kitchenettes. Four-poster beds with mosquito nets, double-sink bathrooms, showers, bathtubs.

Wifi, bed linen, towels, daily housekeeping, pool-garden maintenance and parking included.
The space
This beautiful complex is ideal for vacations with friends looking for relaxation and privacy. You’ll appreciate the interior and exterior space of the Titra villas, nestled in the heart of Bingin in a quiet location close to beaches, restaurants and stores.
The configuration of each villa is identical, so you can enjoy all the space you want by opening the door between the 2 gardens, or leave it closed and use the private entrances to each villa.
In the center of each garden is a lovely, rounded swimming pool with a statuette fountain. The sound of water will quickly immerse you in a gentle atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Everything has been thought of for your comfort: to refresh you on your way back from the beach or during the day, an outdoor shower has been installed in each of the gardens.

You’ll love the large covered terraces that extend from each villa, where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the mild climate of the Isle of the Gods. Each terrace features a lounge area with sofa, coffee table and dining table and chairs.
Titra villas are air-conditioned and bathed in natural light. Each villa has one large fixed and one sliding bay window. The curtains are 100% blackout to keep you isolated and comfortable. In the center, a large double four-poster bed with mosquito netting, surrounded by bedside tables and lamps, and a desk. A large walk-in closet with safe stores all your belongings.

The 2 adjoining bathrooms are very pleasant, with plants in the background and a tropical atmosphere. Each has a double washbasin, a large walk-in shower, a pretty bathtub and a toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

Each villa has a kitchenette equipped with sink, fridge, large chopping board, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.
On arrival, basic necessities, including coffee and tea, are provided.
A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are provided.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the enclosed gardens, with private entrances to each villa, and lockable bedrooms and bathrooms. A secure key box is available for each villa, so you don’t have to worry about keys when entering from the outside. Villas feature free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Daily maid service is included.

For a romantic couple’s vacation, you can rent just one of the 2 Titra villas.
Guest access
Villas, gardens and pools are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.
Other things to note
For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy while waiting for your villa to be ready.
For late arrivals after 5 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.
We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
