Welcome to Villas Yuzu very bine located 7 minutes walk from Bingin beach. Enjoy the comfort of 2 fully air-conditioned villas. Outside, you’ll find 2 gardens connected by a sliding door, 2 swimming pools (one large 10×4) surrounded by attractive wooden decks with loungers, outdoor showers and a covered terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included.

Villas Yuzu is very well located both in a quiet place in the heart of Bingin and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.

In Mediterranean style, this set in light tones is bathed in light thanks to the large sliding glass doors. The 2 villas and the loft have been furnished and decorated with great care. It is an ideal place for a large family or friends who are looking for both conviviality and independence.

The configuration of each set is not identical on one side a large villa with two bedrooms and on the other a villa with a double bedroom and an independent loft with a large double bed.

In the center of the villa for 4 people a large living space spread over two levels. On the ground floor under a high ceiling equipped with two large fans is the dining area with a pretty round table surrounded by chairs and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided.
A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two water refills are offered. Below, a large living room is furnished with long comfortable sofas spread over 3 sides with pretty coffee tables in the center, ideal for relaxing evenings.

The double bedrooms are located at each end of the villa to guarantee your privacy.
They have direct access to the outside and are very bright thanks to the large sliding glass doors. You can choose to open or close the bay windows and to isolate yourself and sleep well the curtains are 100% blackout.
Each room has a dressing room to store your belongings with a secure safe and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

The villa for 2 people is made up of a large, very well-appointed living space with a comfortable lounge area to enjoy the view of the outside.
For your meals you will have the choice between the round table or the central island with high stools
The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, plates, crockery and necessary utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided.

The bedroom is separated by a dressing room and open to take advantage of the light, to isolate you and sleep well the curtains of the villa are 100% blackout.
Behind a pretty sliding door is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental.

At the end of the garden is the loft, a real independent cocoon. A large double bedroom in warm colors, the walls are adorned with wood and behind a sliding door a pretty private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The room is air conditioned.
Access to the covered terrace is via large sliding glass doors also equipped with 100% blackout curtains.
The covered terrace is furnished with an outdoor lounge which offers a view of the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchenette is located on the terrace which allows you to be independent or to cook together outside.

Between the two gardens a large sliding door that you can leave open or closed depending on your choice. The orientation of the two villas is identical, they face the long swimming pool and are each surrounded by a pretty wooden deck furnished with large comfortable armchairs. When you come back from the beach, you can refresh yourself by showering outside, which is practical and very pleasant.

You will stay in peace the gardens are closed with each a private entrance, the bedrooms and bathrooms are locked, a safe in each of the bedrooms is at your disposal.
For exterior entrances and not to bother with keys you have two secure key boxes.
This complex has two free on-site car parks, free Wi-Fi in each of the villas and in the loft.

Daily maid service is included.

The villa and the swimming pool are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.

For those who arrive before 2pm, no worries, you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy the sea while waiting for your villa to be ready. For late arrivals after 5pm, please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.

We kindly remind you that the departure time is scheduled for late morning at the latest at 11am.

Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an additional night.

Services on request are available such as laundry, cook, babysitter, massages at the villa, private driver, scooter and car rental and surf lessons.

Equipment is also available on request and subject to availability for your children: cot and high chair, pool gates and hair dryer.

Please note that these services and some equipment are not included in the rental price of the villa and will be payable in addition and must be booked no later than 24 hours in advance.
