Villa Moma 1 boasts a prime location in Balangan, just 100 meters from Kubu Beach and a few steps from the famous tranquil Balangan Beach. The villa features a private tropical garden, an exclusive pool, and a spectacular view. The Mediterranean style of the villa, with its clean lines, white walls, and modern furniture, creates a bright and airy atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

The ground floor living room is a true haven of peace. It is carefully decorated and opens directly onto the garden and pool, allowing a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors.

A dining area equipped with a round table and an open modern kitchen, including a refrigerator, a cooktop, as well as all necessary dishes and utensils, provides you with the ideal comfort for your meals. A water dispenser with two free bottles is also available. For extra freshness, an outdoor shower awaits you in the garden – perfect after returning from the beach.

The semi-open bathroom, which blends harmoniously with the tropical surroundings, combines comfort and privacy. It includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels for the shower and pool are provided.

The Bedroom

Access to the bedroom is via a convenient staircase, with integrated storage space underneath. The spacious bedroom includes a large double bed, a work desk, and a dressing area with a safe.

Large glass windows allow natural light to flood the room and offer an unobstructed view of the ocean. For your comfort, blackout curtains are installed. The simple, minimalist design of the white walls enhances the sense of calm and serenity.

Check-in and Check-out Conditions

• For arrivals before 2:00 PM, you may leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy the surroundings while we prepare your villa.
• If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance so that we can welcome you personally.
• Please note that check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you depart later without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged to ensure the villa is properly prepared for the next guests.
