Welcome to the brand-new Villa Regina, located close to the beautiful beaches of Balangan and Kubu. Officially opened in June 2025, this villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families or couples seeking tranquility, comfort, and privacy.

The property features a fully enclosed garden with a private pool at its center, including a shallow area ideal for children or cooling off after a sunny day at the beach. Comfortable outdoor cushions invite you to relax, and an outdoor shower adds extra convenience. A private parking space is available right at the entrance.

The Villa Regina is composed of two separate pavilions:

The Main Pavilion:
This spacious, open-plan living area sits beneath a high traditional roof supported by wooden pillars, naturally ventilated to create a serene atmosphere. It includes:

• A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, tableware, water dispenser with two complimentary bottles)

• A welcoming dining area with table and chairs

• A cozy lounge with sofa, armchairs, and coffee table — the perfect shaded spot to relax while enjoying views of the garden and pool

The Sleeping Pavilion:

Positioned on the other side of the pool, this second building houses two air-conditioned and comfortably furnished bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a double bed

• One bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together

Each bedroom is equipped with:

• A desk, storage space (one room includes a safe), and tasteful lighting

• An en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

• Towels (bath and pool), as well as complimentary shower gel and shampoo

• Sliding glass doors opening onto the pool and garden, with both sheer curtains and blackout drapes for a restful night’s sleep

Arrival & Departure Information:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the reception while we prepare the villa.
For arrivals after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a personalized welcome.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval may be subject to an additional night charge to allow us time to prepare the villa for incoming guests.
