The villa features two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a fenced garden with a separate entrance, and a large covered terrace ideal for unwinding.

The villa’s interior combines natural materials with contemporary design, featuring light wood furniture and ceilings that add warmth and brightness. The central living area is fully air-conditioned—a rare luxury in Bingin—and very luminous, opening onto the garden and pool through large sliding glass doors fitted with sheer curtains. The space is furnished with a large corner sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, and a dining table with chairs for your comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with a central island, refrigerator, cooktop, water dispenser with supplied bottles, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.

Spacious Double Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms

The two double bedrooms are located on either side of the living area to ensure privacy. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a large bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe with a safe, a workspace, and tasteful lighting. The adjoining bathrooms include showers, sinks, and toilets, and the sliding glass doors with blackout curtains open onto the enclosed garden, guaranteeing tranquility and comfort.

Outdoor Space: Fenced Garden, Illuminated Pool, and Covered Terrace

The private swimming pool, illuminated for night swims, is surrounded by a fenced garden providing privacy and serenity. The large covered terrace, furnished with sun loungers and armchairs, invites you to relax throughout the day, whether to enjoy a drink, read, or simply soak up the tropical climate.

Arrival and Departure Conditions

• For arrivals before 2:00 PM, you may leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the surroundings while we prepare your villa.
• If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance so we can personally welcome you.
• Please note that check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you depart later without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for the next guests.
