Welcome to Matanai Villas 6 & 7, opened in July 2021, 5mn walk from Bingin Beach.

A beautiful space to accommodate 10 people in two villas of two and three bedrooms. The gardens are connected by a sliding door to enjoy all the amenities together or separately by closing the door.
Enclosed gardens, private pools, sunbeds, gazebos, large terraces.

Wifi, bed linen, towels, daily cleaning of our villa, garden and pool maintenance and parking are included.

Matanai is a beautiful complex of 4 suites and 3 villas opened in July 2021 in the center of Bingin Beach only a few minutes walk from the beach. Behind the magnificent entrance, paved and tree-lined paths lead to the private gardens of each of the Suites & Villas, all well isolated by walls and dense vegetation. At the entrance of the complex, the reception is open from Monday to Saturday and a luggage storage service is available.

You can quickly access the private entrance of each of the Villas, to discover a place conducive to a quiet vacation with family or friends. You will be able to leave the sliding door open between the two gardens to take advantage of all the space or closed for more intimacy and to take advantage each one of its Villa.
The largest of the villas can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms and the second villa can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms.
Each villa has a private swimming pool, a wooden deck with sunbeds, a gazebo and a large covered outdoor terrace with lounge areas to enjoy the outdoors.

You will be charmed by the careful decoration, the quality of materials and the mix of styles in the layout. Each room has a beautiful high ceiling sublimated by the beauty of the structures, ceiling, doors and pillars are made of wood and beautifully carved.

To take advantage of the mild climate, there is a large open-air terrace at the front of each of the villas. They are covered and furnished with large sofas and benches for real relaxation. The terraces are equipped with large bamboo blinds to close them partially or completely.

In the center of each of the Villas is a dining area extended at the back by a modern kitchen. It is fully equipped with a large worktop with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender, hot and cold water dispenser and everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
All rooms are air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, each with its own private bathroom and large dressing room. They are spacious and very bright, with direct access to the terrace and tropical garden through a large sliding glass window. For more intimacy, the bay windows are equipped with curtains and blackout curtains.

In the two-bedroom villa, one bedroom has a king-size double bed and the second has two single beds that can be moved closer together to form a double bed. In the three bedroom villa, two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double king size bed and the third with two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed.
In each room the same services: a pretty bedspread and many matching cushions, bedside tables and lamps, desk, chairs, armchairs and pretty lights. All have a dressing room with closet, shelves, large mirror and safe.

All bathrooms are green, open-air with a very large shower, hot water, a nice stone basin and toilet. Soap, shampoo and towels are provided.

At any time of the day you can enjoy the outdoors in one of the armchairs on the open-air terraces.
You can also relax by the pools on one of the sunbeds installed on the wooden decks or on the comfortable cushions of the gazebos for a moment of relaxation in the shade.

Matanai Villas 6 & 7 are located in a fully enclosed complex for your comfort and safety. At the reception located at the entrance of the complex, the management team is at your disposal every day except Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm to answer your requests and a guard is present every night.
A luggage storage service is available to drop off and keep your luggage.
Your gardens are enclosed with a private entrance, the villas and bathrooms are lockable. A daily cleaning service is included as well as bed linen and towels for the bathroom and pool.
Free parking is available and there is a good quality Wi-Fi internet connection in each of the villas.

The Villas, gardens and pools are private and are totally reserved for your personal use.

For arrivals before 2pm no worries you can leave your luggage at the office and enjoy while waiting for your villas to be ready.
For late arrivals after 5 pm please let us know in advance so that we can give you the best welcome.
We kindly remind you that the departure time is at the end of the morning at the latest at 11 am.
Please note that in case of late departure without prior agreement we will be obliged to charge you an extra night.
